2018
Foundation & Compassion
We acquired Kovur and Marripadu lands to establish our agricultural venture. Crucially, a primary motivation for securing the Kovur site was to provide a permanent, improved home for the rescued street dog shelter we were already operating, embedding our commitment to animal welfare alongside our commercial explorations from the beginning.
2019
Early Trials: Hydroponics
Ambitiously exploring modern techniques, we launched one of the region's significant hydroponics operations at Kovur. While we achieved successful production volumes, mastering the market economics for this model proved unsustainable. This experience, alongside initial fruit trials at Marripadu, emphasized the need for a more economically resilient farming strategy.
2020
Planting for the Future: Barhi Date Palms
Focusing on long-term potential at Marripadu, we undertook the significant planting of numerous Barhi date palms – a key investment looking towards future harvests.
2022
Exploring Spirulina & Dragon Fruit
Our search continued with large-scale Spirulina cultivation (again achieving successful production but facing economic hurdles). During this period, we also established our major Dragon Fruit orchard at Marripadu, focusing on adding resilient crops alongside our ongoing experiments.
2023
Integrated Farming Pivot
This was the year we truly recognized the power of integration! We began transforming our Kovur farm into a dedicated BSF Larva production and Korameenu Fish unit. Simultaneously, we established our large-scale country hen poultry operation at Marripadu, laying the essential groundwork for our synergistic model.
2024
BSF Farming Scales Up
Building on the previous year's transformation, we launched into full-fledged Black Soldier Fly (BSF) larva farming, mastering the process to efficiently convert waste into valuable protein and fertilizer, powering our integrated system.
2025
New Products & Expansion
Leveraging our unique ecosystem, we made the strategic decision this year to launch value-added products, beginning with our natural Pet Food line. To support this growth, we also leased significant additional space dedicated to expanding BSF larva farming. We celebrate these steps alongside the first harvests from our Barhi date palms and the sweet yields from our Dragon Fruit orchard.
