1. Order Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled by the customer directly via the ‘Cancel’ button found on their ‘Orders’ page within their account dashboard on our website.
- This self-service cancellation option is available only for orders that have not yet entered the processing stage.
- Once an order status is updated (e.g., to ‘Processing’ or ‘Shipped’), the ‘Cancel’ button will automatically become unavailable, and the order can no longer be cancelled through the website or other means as processing has begun.
- Orders successfully cancelled using the ‘Cancel’ button (before processing begins) will receive a full refund (please see Section 3: Refund Policy for details on processing).
2. Return & Replacement Policy
- General Returns: Due to the nature of our products (including perishable food items and treats), we do not accept general returns once an order has been delivered.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: We take great care in packing and shipping your orders. However, if you receive an item that is damaged during transit or if you receive an incorrect item different from what you ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package.
- To report a damaged or incorrect item, please email us at contact@bmkecofarms.com.
- Include your order number, a description of the issue (damage or wrong item), and clear photographic evidence of the damaged product/packaging or the incorrect item received.
- The 24-hour window starts from the date and time your package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier (e.g., if delivered Monday 9:00 AM, please report by Tuesday 9:00 AM).
- Upon verification of your claim, we will endeavour to send you a replacement for the damaged or incorrect item at no additional cost. Please note that replacements are subject to stock availability. We do not require you to return the damaged or incorrect item.
3. Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed only in the case of orders that are successfully cancelled by you before they have been shipped (as per Section 1).
- No refunds will be issued for delivered products, including those reported as damaged or incorrect (as the resolution in these cases is a replacement, subject to verification).
- Approved refunds for cancelled orders will be processed back to the original method of payment used during the purchase.
- The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account depends on the standard operating procedures of our payment gateway partner, Razorpay, and your bank.
